We ship the Jukes with Post-NL or DPD. As soon as we have processed the order, you will receive a message from us with the track & trace code, so that you can easily see when and what time you can expect your order.

If your order has such a high volume, we can choose to deliver the wines to you with our own transport or external transport. We will contact you in advance about this.

If you are not satisfied with Jukes, you can always exchange them. After all, we only want happy faces from customers drinking Jukes. The only thing you have to take care of is the return of the Jukes. Only unopened packages can be returned (loose bottles cannot be returned). Then you can drop off at the store or send it by post. The costs for the return shipment are for your account.
If you choose the option to exchange the Jukes, we will send the new Jukes free of charge(only in The Netherlands). If you want your money back, it will be refunded to your account within 14 days, we do not credit the costs for shipping to you (except in NL). Only the unopened / undamaged items will be reimbursed.
